Integrations & Webhooks

Your agent plugs into
everything you already run.

A voice agent on its own can only be polite about not knowing. Ours does not work alone: it reads your order system, your catalogue and your customer record while the caller is still on the line, and when the call ends it writes into your CRM, your helpdesk and your store. Native with Shopify, and 8,500+ apps through Zapier.

Book a Call live in two weeks
The Sabato post-call flow: one call ends and four steps run - the lead into the CRM, the order updated natively in Shopify, 8,500+ apps through Zapier, and a signed webhook to your own systems - with the execution log underneath.
One call ends. Four things happen, in four different tools, before anybody opens a laptop.

WHAT “INTEGRATED” ACTUALLY MEANS

Read during the call.
Write after it.

Most integrations mean a nightly export and a dashboard. That is fine for a report and useless on a phone call, because the caller is asking about the order they placed forty minutes ago. Everything the agent says is read at the moment it says it, and everything it does afterwards happens in the system your team already works in.

WHAT IT TOUCHES

It reads what it must.
It writes where you work.

01 · WHAT IT CAN READ

The answer is already in your system.

Nearly every question a customer rings about has an answer sitting in software you already pay for. Where is my order. Is it in stock in my size. Did my return arrive. What did I buy last time. What does this cost with my trade discount. None of that is a hard question - it is only hard because the person who could look it up is on another call.

The agent gets read access to the fields it needs and nothing else, and it reads them at the moment it answers. So what it says is true when it says it, rather than true at 3am when the export ran.

02 · WHAT IT DOES ABOUT IT

Then it does the work, where the work lives.

Reading is half of it. The other half is that nobody has to retype the call afterwards. The lead lands in your CRM with what was actually said. The ticket opens in your helpdesk with the order number already on it. The customer gets the tracking link by SMS before they hang up. The account manager hears that a fourteen-thousand-euro opportunity just rang and asked for a quote.

Whatever you can expose, we work with: an API, a webhook, a nightly file, or a portal we sign into the way a person would.

03 · WHAT IT CONNECTS TO

Native with Shopify.
Everything else through Zapier.

Shopify is native. The agent reads the order, the stock and what the customer bought last time straight from your store, and writes the note, the tag and the draft order back into it. No middle layer and nothing for you to maintain.

Everything else you already run - helpdesk, CRM, email, sheets, scheduling, WhatsApp - connects through Zapier, which is 8,500+ apps. If it is not in there it is a webhook, and that is an afternoon rather than a project.

FULLY MANAGED

We do the plumbing.
Your roadmap stays yours.

Four steps from the first conversation to an agent reading your live data. Three of them are ours, and none of them need a sprint from your team.

STEP 1

You tell us what it needs to see

Which systems hold the answers, and who owns each one. One call with whoever knows, or a login.

STEP 2

We connect it

API, webhook, nightly file, or a portal we sign into. We handle the credentials, the mapping and the edge cases.

STEP 3

You watch it read a real record

We run it against a real order and show you what it saw and what it did not. Nothing goes live until you say so.

STEP 4

We keep it connected

Systems change, tokens expire, fields get renamed. When something breaks we see it and fix it before it costs you a call.

Questions operators actually ask

What if our order system has no API?

Then we use whatever it does have - a nightly export, a database view, or a portal we sign into the way your team does. It takes longer to build and it works. Two of the connections behind the screenshot above are exactly this.

How long does the integration take?

Days, not a quarter, because the work is ours. The long pole is almost never the software - it is getting the credentials from whoever owns the system.

Does it work on live data or a copy?

Live. The agent queries your system at the moment it answers, so what it tells a customer is true when it says it - not true at 3am when an export ran. Every read and every write is listed against the call it belonged to.

What happens when a write fails?

It retries. If it still fails it is raised as an issue with the call attached rather than disappearing, and you can see every attempt - including the ones that took two.

Can we send call data into our own systems?

Yes. call.completed posts to your endpoint with the transcript, the labels and the outcome, signed and versioned. Some customers pipe it straight into their own reporting and never open our interface.

Which systems do you support?

Shopify is native. Everything else goes through Zapier, which is 8,500+ apps - Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Slack, Sheets, WhatsApp and the rest of the directory. Anything not in there is a webhook. The list is not really the point: if a person in your team can get the answer out of it, so can we.
